The inaugural edition of Anxiety Empire magazine explores how the world of media impacts our mental health.

The 74 page magazine is free to the public. We had planned to distribute the magazine in London coffee shops, creative spaces and community centres. But, due to the continuing need to uphold social distancing and good hygiene practices, we have made the decision to send copies in the post. However, if you are unable to afford postage please select the ‘free postage’ option.
